Endoscopic / Percutaneous Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion System (Endoscopic TLIF)
The Endoscopic TLIF system introduces a next-generation approach to lumbar interbody fusion using a true minimally invasive, percutaneous technique. Built on the principles of the Trans-Kambin approach, this system allows for safe, precise access to the disc space through a 10 mm skin incision — eliminating the need to resect the facet joint.
Utilizing progressive blunt-tipped manual reamers, the system enables fast and controlled foraminoplasty, while the use of an expandable cage restores disc height and promotes solid fusion. By bypassing the exiting nerve root safely, this technique significantly reduces the risk of neural injury.
